REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

1 Custom Products

Due to the handcrafted and personalised nature of our journals, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

2 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs. We will assess and assist accordingly.

3 Refund Processing

Refunds for eligible cases will be processed within 14 working days after the returned item is received or the cancellation is approved.

Refund deductions:

• Shipping costs are non‑refundable
• If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
  
• If an order is cancelled after dispatch, refused upon delivery, or returned to us, both the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees will be deducted
